What we collect

When you send a consultation, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, your available days, your answers about your hair, and any photos you attach. It is only used to plan and manage your appointment.

Waivers

When you sign a waiver, we keep the signed copy along with the time, your internet address and the type of device you used, as a record of your signature.

Text messages

If you check the box on the form, we will text you appointment reminders. It is optional and is not required to book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are never sold or shared with anyone for their marketing. They are only passed to the text messaging company that delivers your reminders.

Who can see it

Your details are private to your stylist. Other visitors to this site only see which days are available.

Removing your information

Ask your stylist at any time and your information will be deleted, except for records such as signed waivers that may need to be kept.
